Himachal: 109 roads remain blocked after Monsoon rains; power, water services partially restored

Heavy monsoon rains continue to disrupt essential services across Himachal Pradesh. Road connectivity remains the worst affected sector with many roads still closed. Power supply has been restored in most affected areas during the day. Water supply disruptions have increased slightly across the state. Restoration teams are working to clear roads and resume services.
