Shivalik Small Finance Bank completes merger with ManiBhavnam Home Finance

Shivalik Small Finance Bank completed its acquisition of ManiBhavnam Home Finance India Pvt last week. This strategic merger cost the bank nearly one hundred and nine crore rupees. The deal establishes Shivalik's presence in the affordable housing finance market. ManiBhavnam brings a loan book of three hundred and twenty crore rupees to Shivalik. The bank plans fresh capital infusion to continue its growth trajectory.
