Milind Soman has often spoken about his deep connection with nature, from growing organic vegetables in his greenhouse, Sabzee ka Ghar, to planting trees at his Lonavala property. He also loves the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing. In an Instagram post, Soman called trees his “favourite beings” and said he enjoys the practice, which involves immersing oneself in nature through its sights, sounds and scents. Forest bathing is associated with relaxation, reduced stress and overall wellbeing.
