Great-grandmother of 22 turns 100: says her prayers for those in distress keeps her strong

Shanbavavelli Kistnasamy Naicker is an avid reader and enjoys spending her days praying for the sick and counselling youth and couples. She said helping others was her purpose in life, and that kept her young.
