India and Bhutan have signed two agreements during Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri's visit to Bhutan, including a Line of Credit agreement and a pact between the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan for cooperation in health education and health research, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Friday.
