Evidence presented in court revealed Bretton had fitted trackers to the cars of both Ms Saunders and Mr Hurcombe, indicating pre-meditation and obsession. Bretton, from Shaftesbury, Dorset, denied murder, claiming Mr Hurcombe's death was an accident, but a jury unanimously convicted him, and he is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday afternoon.
