The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has highlighted the operational roadmap of its Quantum Science Institute (QSI), aligning the laboratory’s research enterprise with national directives under Executive Order 14413 (“Ushering in the Next Frontier of Quantum Innovation”).
