MUMBAI: National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday said that markets regulator Sebi has accepted in-principle revised terms of settlement for certain past regulatory lapses, against a payment of Rs 1,491 crore. The settlement issue which was under process for several years, now paves a smooth sailing of NSE's IPO for which the exchange has filed the offer document.
