Professor Shayan Oveis Gharan wins IMU Abacus Medal - Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering

The International Mathematical Union honored Oveis Gharan, a member of the Allen School’s Theory of Computation Group, with one of the most prestigious prizes in mathematics for “landmark contributions to the theory of algorithms.”
