Road rage driver reverses for over a mile in pursuit of victim in 7am attack

Dashcam footage shows a motorist driving in reverse for over a mile as he pursued his victim during an early morning road rage attack. Video taken by the Beaverton Police Department shows the road rage confrontation on Sunday (26 July), as the driver allegedly pursued a couple through the streets of Oregon. The woman inside the car can be heard screaming whilst her partner speaks to officers. “This guy is crazy,” he is heard saying at one point. Scared for their well-being, the victim drove directly to the Beaverton Police Department. Arman K. Hastings, 29, was arrested shortly afterwards by officers. He was booked into the Washington County Jail on charges of reckless driving and menacing.
