RWE to sell US distributed clean energy unit to Goldman Sachs

German energy group RWE AG (ETR:RWE) has agreed to sell its US Distributed Clean Energy (DCE) business to Goldman Sachs Alternatives in a move aimed at sharpening its focus on utility-scale power projects in the country.
