SC permits Muslims to offer Friday prayers on dargah land near Bhojshala complex at Dhar

The Supreme Court permitted Muslim prayers at a dargah near Dhar's Bhojshala complex. The court directed the state government to ensure prayers occur between 1 and 3 pm. This direction allows exploration of mutually agreed alternative prayer sites. Previously, the Madhya Pradesh High Court declared Bhojshala a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. The High Court also quashed an ASI order allowing Friday prayers at the disputed site.
