Madhusudan Kela-backed Singularity Equity Fund picks stake in this smallcap stock via block deal worth Rs 12 crore

Madhusudan Kela-led Singularity Equity Fund I acquired 5.27 lakh shares of TIL through a bulk deal worth Rs 11.78 crore. The PMS fund bought the shares at an average price of Rs 223.72 apiece, around 15% below the stocks closing price of Rs 262.48 on Wednesday.
