BREAKING: Leaked DSS Memo Warns Of Planned Boko Haram Attack, Kidnapping Of Pastors, District Heads, Govt Officials In Adamawa, Borno

Fresh fears have emerged in parts of Adamawa and Borno states following an intelligence alert by the Department of State Services (DSS) warning that Boko Haram terrorists are planning major operations in Michika and Askira Uba local government areas after the reported collapse of a ceasefire arrangement with the two state governments. The warning was contained in an intelligence communication dated July 27, 2026, and addressed to the Brigade Commander of the 23 Armoured Brigade, Nigerian Army, Yola, Adamawa State.
