Vijayapura airport to become operational in three months: MB Patil

Vijayapura Airport is expected to become operational within three months. The Supreme Court has cleared the environmental clearance hurdle for the project. Remaining statutory approvals and inspections will determine the final commissioning timeline. The state government has invested over Rs 614 crore in developing this airport.
