VIDEO: Full unilateral biportal endoscopic laminotomy with bilateral decompression
A 65-year-old man presented with neurogenic claudication, numbness and tingling in the lower extremities.MRI demonstrated moderate to severe L4/5 lumbar spinal stenosis. The patient had failed conservative management, including epidural steroid injections, structured physical therapy, home exercise and NSAIDs.
