NEET UG 2026 counselling: Check new MCC rules on seat upgrades, resignation and NRI quota

The Medical Counselling Committee has updated its online counselling procedures for medical admissions. Candidates seeking upgrades will no longer need to physically report to colleges. Seat resignations can now be completed entirely through the online MCC portal. NRI quota applicants can submit their required documents digitally for easier processing.
