'Withdraw FIRs or face fresh protest': Saurav Das's ultimatum after Supreme Court’s interim order

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das warned that the party would be compelled to launch another major protest in Delhi if the Centre failed to honour the assurances given to student protesters. Responding to the Supreme Court's interim order, Das said the government must withdraw all FIRs against protesters, release those detained, and ensure no punitive action is taken against participants in the movement. He argued that the Supreme Court's order does not prevent the executive from withdrawing cases and urged the Centre to uphold the commitments made on July 25, warning that failure to do so would trigger a fresh nationwide agitation.
