T1 Energy buys TOPCon solar tech IP for USD 135m

US solar manufacturer T1 Energy Inc (NYSE:TE) has acquired patents and other intellectual property related to TOPCon solar cell and module technology from Singapore-based Evervolt Green Energy Holding Pte Ltd for USD 135 million (EUR 118.7m).
