Cristiano Ronaldo to appear in new TV drama about football agents

DUBAI: Cristiano Ronaldo is expanding his ambitions beyond football following reports that the Al-Nassr star is producing and appearing in a new television drama about the world of football agents. According to The Sun, the Portuguese forward has teamed up with “Kingsman” director Matthew Vaughn on “Day 1s,” a series centered on fictional football agent Stanley Dalton, played by Damian Lewis. The show, based on an original idea by football agent Darren Dein, has already begun filming in London. It will reportedly feature appearances from football legend Thierry Henry and British rapper Dave.
