BP in talks to sell Lightsource to Qualitas, Kuwait investor - report

Oil and gas major BP Plc (LON:BP) is in advanced discussions to sell Lightsource bp to a consortium of private equity firm Qualitas Energy and Wren House, the infrastructure division of sovereign wealth fund Kuwait Investment Authority, the Financial Times has reported.
