More than 600 U.S. service members have been wounded since the war with Iran began in February, Pentagon statistics indicate.

The Pentagon's public-facing casualty database lowered the reported number of U.S. troops killed in the Iran war on Thursday, according to an ABC News review of the data.

The Pentagon updated its war casualty database Saturday, recording more than 140 new wounded and restoring the four soldiers killed due to Iranian strikes last weekend.
