India’s active cybersecurity talent pool stands at around 370,000 professionals and has grown about 30% over the past two years, according to specialist staffing firm Xpheno. More than 45% of this workforce comprises entry-level, junior, and mid-junior professionals, creating a gap between available talent and enterprise requirements.
