Maharashtra records 87.79 pc distribution, 60.44 pc digitisation of enumeration forms under SIR

Maharashtra has distributed over eighty-seven percent of elector forms during the ongoing revision. Sixty percent of these distributed forms have now been successfully digitized. Hingoli district leads in form distribution, while Ratnagiri leads in digitization efforts. Major urban districts like Thane and Mumbai show lower percentages for both tasks. This exercise aims to ensure accurate and up-to-date voter lists for future elections.
