Chopra, who won gold on his Commonwealth Games debut at Gold Coast (Australia) in 2018 with a throw of 86.47m, missed the Birmingham 2022 edition because of an adductor injury sustained at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. The 28-year-old now returns fully fit and eager to reclaim the title.
