Empowering Durban's Youth: Mandela programme at New West Secondary School

The Durban Laurel Ladies in partnership with the University of KwaZulu-Natal and Telkom hosted a Mandela Young People Empowerment Programme on Friday at New West Secondary School in Newlands West.
