The Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park (IQMP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan’s Quantum STrategic industry Alliance for Revolution (Q-STAR) to build cross-border commercialization pathways, joint R&D pipelines, and supply chain connections between Japan and Illinois.
