Andrii Sybiha, Ukraine's acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, has called on the world to respond to Russia's terror campaign against Kyiv's Black Sea maritime corridor.

Ukraine has requested an emergency UN Security Council meeting after Russia attacked at least three civilian vessels in the Black Sea, killing and injuring dozens of crew members.

"No country has the right to starve the world," Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on July 22. "Global pressure can stop Russian terror."
