Engie India unit secures loan for 250-MW Rajasthan solar project

Engie India and its special purpose vehicle Khaba Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd have secured a rupee-denominated term loan of about INR 9.82 billion (USD 101.7m/EUR 89.3m) to help finance a 250-MW solar power project in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) said.
