Katlambe is Dehradun's iconic crispy, layered bread traditionally served with chole. Though often mistaken for bhatura or puri, it has a distinct flaky texture and traces its roots to Peshawar, where it was known as Peshawari paratha. Popularised by eateries like Sethi Food Corner since 1953, the dish remains a local favourite. A plate of chole Katlambe costs around Rs 80 in Dehradun.
