NTA runs 270+ exams with just 24 permanent staff, relies on 197 contractual and outsourced personnel

The National Testing Agency operates with only twenty-four permanent officials. It relies heavily on one hundred ninety-seven contractual and outsourced personnel. This agency has conducted over two hundred seventy competitive examinations since 2018. More than sixty-six million candidate registrations have been processed by the NTA. The government has created sixteen additional senior-level posts to strengthen its functioning.
