Accenture eyes $350 million majority stake in ANSR at $1 billion valuation - The Economic Times

Two of the sources cited said Accenture may invest around $350 million to take its stake to over 50%. The Ireland-based IT service major currently has a 23% stake in the company. Two years ago, the company invested $170 million in July 2024 in a deal that valued ANSR around $700 million. Sources said ANSR has grown steadily since then and Accenture’s additional investment may come at a valuation at around $1 billion.
