Sona Comstar to form 2 JVs with Japanese Denso Corp for electric, hybrid powertrain systems

Sona Comstar and DENSO Corporation are forming two joint ventures for electric and hybrid powertrain systems. These partnerships will focus on solutions for four-wheelers and larger vehicle applications. Another venture will develop systems for electric and hybrid two- and three-wheelers. The companies aim to build scalable and cost-efficient advanced electric and hybrid solutions. These joint ventures will be anchored in India and meet global standards.
