Adults with ADHD and comorbid anxiety experienced improvements in both with centanafadine, according to a press release from Otsuka Pharmaceutical. Currently under investigation, centanafadine is a norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin reuptake inhibitor that Otuska called first-in-class.
