Rahul, Kejriwal visit injured protesters as opposition slams govt over Police action on students

A day after the July 20 student protest in Delhi saw a confrontation between protesters and police, the Opposition intensified its attack on the government. Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, K.C. Venugopal and Arvind Kejriwal visited injured protesters at RML Hospital. Opposition leaders accused the government of police brutality and demanded accountability, while also seeking a debate in Parliament over competitive examination irregularities and the protest. Rahul Gandhi demanded an apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and resignation from HM Amit shah.
