Qatar Airways denied boarding to breastfeeding infant after issuing boarding pass; court awards Rs 10 lakh

NEW DELHI: A consumer commission in Kerala has held Qatar Airways guilty of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice after the airline denied boarding to a family's two children, including a 10-month-old breastfeeding infant, during their return flight from Kochi to Italy despite issuing them boarding passes.
