A man who was taken into custody Monday on suspicion of throwing an incendiary device at New York City’s 26 Federal Plaza on Monday morning was carrying anti-ICE material, according to two law enforcement sources.

The FBI said Andrew Arrabaca “came armed with bad intentions” and is “an anti-American, anti-government extremist.”

At least two people were injured as a result of the incident, the FBI confirmed.

Early reports suggest the explosion came from fireworks inside of a garbage can.
