Tropical Storm Fausto forms well offshore from Mexico's Pacific coast

Tropical Storm Fausto has formed far out to sea off Mexico’s southwest Pacific coast. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said a tropical depression strengthened into the named storm Fausto on Sunday.
