Goa declares 1.02 crore sq m of eco-sensitive land as No Development Zone

Goa has declared over one crore square meters of sensitive land as a No Development Zone. This decision protects paddy fields and fragile environmental areas from future construction. The Town and Country Planning Board issued the notification on July sixteenth. Several areas in Salcette, Dharbandora, and Quepem talukas are now designated as NDZ.
