Thieves return with bigger vehicles to steal 1-ton cannon: An armed gang of 25 to 30 men stormed Narwar Fort in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district on the night of 15-16 July and stole a rare 16th-century cannon from its open courtyard. The theft is the second such incident at the fort in under two decades, and police say they cannot rule out the involvement of international antiquities traffickers.
