A toddler tragically died after shooting himself with a gun. The firearm was allegedly found hidden between couch cushions at the home. His mother and her boyfriend now face charges. Both were arrested on suspicion of child abuse causing great bodily injury or death. Another child present was taken into Child and Family Services custody.
