The College of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) has concluded disciplinary proceedings against Bulgarian European Prosecutor Teodora Georgieva, imposing the penalty of a “reprimand” following findings of serious misconduct connected to ongoing EPPO investigations. The decision was taken by the EPPO College in its role as appointing authority and in accordance with the EU Staff Regulations.
