The Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Jikwoyi, Abuja, has convicted two men, Haruna Mamuda and Sadiq Umar, for impersonating officers of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
