Delhi HC sets aside tender process for consular, visa services at four Indian Missions including in Singapore, Australia - The Economic Times

The Delhi High Court has set aside the Centre's technical evaluation process for outsourcing consular services. This decision impacts Indian Missions in Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and Canberra. The court directed the Centre to issue fresh Requests for Proposal within one month. Existing service providers will continue their work to avoid public inconvenience. Unsuccessful bidders had challenged the evaluation process as arbitrary and lacking transparency.
