Syrian foreign minister arrives in Riyadh for talks with Saudi officials

DUBAI: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani arrived in the Saudi capital on Wednesday for a visit focused on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between Syria and Saudi Arabia, Syria’s state news agency SANA reported. Al-Shaibani is expected to hold a series of meetings with Saudi officials to discuss shared interests and regional issues, according to SANA’s correspondent in Riyadh.
