Personal information from 21 health clinics nationwide has been stolen in a new cyberattack on Australian healthcare provider Partnered Health.

The owner of medical clinics around Australia has told patients their data could have been stolen in a breach that occurred three weeks ago.

More than 20 clinics across the country were targeted in the breach that included test results, consultation notes and Medicare details.
