PPC appoints seasoned investment banker to its board

Cement maker PPC has appointed Nick Pagden as a nonexecutive director and a member of its investment committee, with effect from October 1. Pagden has over 40 years of investment banking experience. He holds a BComm (with a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting) from the University of Cape Town and is a chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
