Pune techie loses job but is not sad as backup plan in village ready - Goat farm, small shop and farming

Pune-based founder Vanesh Mali shared the story of a friend who was laid off after working for more than 12 years at a major IT company. Instead of feeling upset, he embraced a backup plan he had prepared in advance. The former techie returned to his village, where he plans to run his own clothing shop, start a goat farm on family land and focus on self-employment. He says everyone should have a Plan B.
