From The Hindu Archives, July 14, 1926: Mr. M. S. A. Waiz, Secretary of the Imperial Indian Citizenship Association, Bombay, is in Calcutta for a few days making investigation into the condition of returned Indian immigrants from the Colonies such as Fiji, Surinam and British Guiana.
