Puravankara Q1 sales bookings up 28% to Rs 1,439 cr on higher volumes, price growth

Puravankara has achieved an impressive twenty-eight percent growth in sales bookings in the first quarter, reflecting strong market performance. Additionally, customer fund collections experienced a remarkable forty percent year-on-year increase, reaching Rs 1,199 crore. The sales area expanded by nine percent to 1.36 million square feet, while the average price realization rose by eighteen percent to Rs 10,589 per square foot.
